Occupation of the suites can be by way of an open-ended licence agreement subject to 3 months notice. The monthly payment includes heating, lighting, rates, cleaning, maintenance, and insurance.
Two month's licence fee by way of deposit and then monthly in advance. In the first month there will be a set-up fee of £175 which covers our legal costs and expenses.
